Elden Ring Patch 1.13.2 Enhances Spirit Ash Performance and Fixes Bugs

FromSoftware continues to enhance the gaming experience of Elden Ring with a recent update aimed at refining the gameplay further. The new patch addresses various bugs and introduces key adjustments to Spirit Ashes, ensuring a more polished performance for players. Available now, update 1.13.2 is a minor hotfix that follows closely on the heels of the previous patch released just over a week ago.

The primary focus of this update is to improve the performance of Spirit Ash Summons, making them more effective in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. The patch notes indicate a resolution for an issue where summoned spirits were not properly benefiting from the attack power and damage negation increases provided by the Revered Spirit Ash Blessing.

Additionally, it has fixed discrepancies in the status increases for various spirits, including Banished Knight Engraval, Warhawk, Gravebird, Cleanrot Knight, and Blackflame Monk Amon, among others. The extensive 1.13 update, launched on July 30, had already made impactful changes to the game's Spirit Ashes. These adjustments included a reduction in the ease with which certain spirits could stagger, as well as enhancements to their health and attack power.

Furthermore, the update modified the default selection for summoning Torrent after its demise, allowing for quicker revival of the Spectral Steed during select boss encounters. Amid the detailed patch notes, FromSoftware has also noted that some PC players might be facing unstable framerates due to the influence of third-party applications that may be running concurrently, such as mouse software.
