This update introduces an innovative game mode that broadens the horizons of the Ghost of Yotei experience. Players will now encounter a challenging, survival-focused scenario that pushes their skills to the limit.

Reported earlier, the newly added single-player mode draws inspiration from roguelite mechanics. In this setting, participants must endure continuous surges of adversaries relying solely on the resources at hand.

Gamers can choose from a roster of distinct characters, each excelling with a unique weapon type that shapes their style in combat. The roster includes:

• A character who skillfully handles paired katanas
• An expert proficient with the kusarigama
• A warrior who demonstrates impressive expertise with the yari

Additionally, a well-known figure makes a return as a selectable fighter, enhancing the roster with his established presence.

This fresh content will launch in tandem with the new DLC, Echoes of Sekigahara, and will be incorporated into the Ghost of Yotei: Complete Edition, all arriving on the same day.
